1. A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the photo shoot.

2. A late fee of $10 will be applied for every 10 minutes the client is late beyond the scheduled appointment time. If the client is more than 30 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled, and the client will need to reschedule.

3. Clients are expected to come dressed and ready for the photo shoot. Any additional preparation time needed may result in a shorter session or additional charges.

4. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

5. The remaining balance of the photo shoot fee must be paid in full at the time of the session.

6. The client agrees that the photographer retains all rights to the photographs taken during the session, including the right to use them for promotional purposes.

7. Any special requests or requirements should be discussed and agreed upon prior to the photo shoot.

8. The photographer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the photo shoot due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or equipment failure.

  - All photographs taken during the session are the intellectual property of the photographer.

  - Clients are granted personal, non-commercial usage rights to the photographs.

  - Reproduction, distribution, or sale of the photographs for commercial purposes requires explicit written consent from the photographer.

7. **Liability:**

  - While every effort will be made to capture high-quality photographs, the photographer is not liable for factors beyond their control, including but not limited to weather conditions, lighting, or the behavior of subjects.

  - Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the photography services.

8. **Miscellaneous:**

  - These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
